पार्वती समाज सेवा संस्था का प्रथम उद्देश्य महिला सशक्तिकरण का है, जिसके लिए कुछ महिलाओं ने मिलकर यह विचार किया की महिलाओं के रोजगार के लिए एक संस्था बनानी चाहिए और महिलाओं के आर्थिक स्तर उठाने के लिए हमे काम करना चाहिए और फिर यह संस्था जनवरी 2022 में रजिस्टर किया |

संस्था के उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए पहले सिलाई और ब्यूटी पार्लर की ट्रेनिंग सेण्टर खुला जिसमे प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करके महिलाएं अपने घर से या बहुत काम पूजी के साथ अपना काम शुरू कर सकती है | जब महिलाओं की खुद की आमदनी होगी तो वो अपने परिवार के जीवन स्तर को ऊपर उठा सकती है और परिवार के निर्णय में अपनी भागीदारी भी निभा सकती है |
